Phase One

Discovery & Consultation

Everything begins with a conversation. We schedule a no-obligation meeting to get to know you, understand your goals, and determine whether we're the right fit for each other.

We'll discuss your lot (or help you select one), your timeline, your must-have features, and your budget range. At the end of our discovery meeting, you'll receive a personalized project summary so we're both clear on what's ahead.

Phase Two

Design & Planning

Our design team develops architectural drawings, floor plans, and interior specifications — collaborating with you through each iteration until every inch of your home is exactly right.

We use 3D rendering so you can walk through your home virtually before a single shovel touches the ground. No surprises — only excitement.

Phase Three

Construction

Once plans are approved and permits secured, construction begins. Your dedicated project manager provides weekly updates and you're welcome on site at any time.

We build with premium materials sourced from trusted suppliers, and every subcontractor is vetted and held to our high standards. You never need to chase anyone down — that's our job.

Phase Four

Walkthrough & Delivery

Before your keys are handed over, we conduct a thorough final inspection and walk through every room together. Any items on your punch list are addressed immediately — we don't close a project until everything is right.

You'll receive a full home warranty and a direct line to our service team. Our relationship doesn't end at closing.

How long does it take to build a custom home?

Most Emerald homes take 10–16 months from contract to occupancy, depending on size and complexity. The design phase typically runs 6–10 weeks; construction takes 8–14 months.

Do I need to own land before contacting you?

No — we can help you find the right lot, including sites within our Emerald Ridge community. We're happy to discuss your options in a free initial consultation.

Can I make changes during construction?

Minor changes are often accommodated; significant structural changes after groundbreaking may affect timeline and cost. We work hard to finalize everything during design to avoid surprises for everyone.

What warranty do you provide?

All Emerald homes include a comprehensive builder's warranty covering workmanship, mechanical systems, and structural components. Specific terms are provided in your contract documents.

How many homes do you build each year?
